If You Are Teaching Young Children, THIS is the Most Important Message You'll Read Today...
NEW DISCOVERY IN THE PSYCHOLOGY OF POPULARITY CAN DRAMATICALLY INCREASE YOUR STUDENTS' ENGAGEMENT AND PARTICIPATION.
I remember one semester in particular that was hard. One full of challenges.
New country. New language. New school. New methodology. Brand new students.
This is how bad it was...
My 8 A.M. class would start like this.
Martin, a 2-year-old, would arrive first. Yelling and screaming at the top of his lungs the second he stepped into the school. He refused to enter the class unless his nanny stayed with him the whole time.
Esteban would cling to his dad because he didn't want to come to school. We struggled every class to convince him to let go of his dad.
Sweet Mimi would burst into tears at the most unexpected moments. She was so sensitive and fragile that I never knew what would trigger an outburst.
Little Tina would storm out of the room crying, looking for her mom and soother. We had to pull a teacher from another class to deal with this situation...
Samuel, a curious 3-year-old, would wander off from the group whenever he felt like it. Because the school had no doors, it was impossible to keep him in one place. I was doing head-counts to make sure I didn't loose anyone!
Jorge would hardly speak. He sat there staring. It felt like no matter how much effort I put in, he would never repeat a word in English.
And then there was Pablo. He seemed to have the gift of annoying everyone at school. Interrupting me, other students and whatever activity we were doing. Being twice the age of the other students turned him into the official bully of the class.
Having all these students in the same class, at the same time, for 3 hours... was challenging.
I coached gymnastics at a competitive level, so I had experience dealing with antsy kids... but this group dynamic was overwhelming to say the least.
I have to admit it...
Some days I would come home crying. I felt clueless and hopeless. I thought I had tried it all.
But I was missing something...
I asked myself... How could I get all my students to work together?
So I started my quest to understand what was going on.
I read every book I could get my hands on. Attended workshops and seminars. Watched everything I could find on the subject.
But it wasn't enough. Most of it explained the same principles in different words, but had no practical application.
So I kept going into other subjects. From sources as diverse as:
I noticed a recurring theme. Something I hadn't paid attention to before...
A unique and powerful concept.
A pearl of wisdom that would change everything for me.
And it wasn't about:
In fact, it had nothing to do with any of that.
I had an idea to change my class around.
In theory, I didn't have to do much. Just set the environment and let the magic happen...
Wrong. I wish I could tell you it was a magic wand.
It wasn't. But...
In the beginning, there were some rough edges and hiccups. But through trial and error, I figured out what I was doing wrong.
From then on, it worked and it made a huge difference in my class.
The yelling and screaming stopped. Now, kids were waving goodbye to their parents and giving me a big welcome hug.
Kids would no longer run out the room. Instead, they would say what they wanted and ask me for help. If they started crying, I knew how to comfort them.
I knew something magical had happened when I saw both bully and bullied holding hands and singing a song. It was one of the proudest moments of my life.
It was an amazing transformation. So much so that,
Helping other teachers gave me a different perspective.
It got me thinking...
Why do so many teachers have these problems?
The answer was clear.
We teach the way we learned in school. The old-school education system is to blame.
The old-fashioned way of teaching was all about "chalk and talk". The teacher would present information and students were expected to sit still and memorize everything.
It used to work to train people to become factory workers. But today's world is different. We can't teach that way anymore,
Think about a bad teacher you had... She said you would never be good at something. Or she yelled at you for something you did. Maybe she made you feel bad for making a mistake... whatever it was...
I bet you don't have good memories of that teacher. Or you didn't learn much from that class.
One thing is for sure. Unless you teach in a different way, you'll repeat those mistakes with your students.
Again, we tend to teach the way we learned. But we don't have to continue that way.
Once you realize what's working against you, you can change it.
So I shared my process with my friends. I was happy to see it worked for them too.
They got it easier because they didn't have to figure things out on their own.
Even people outside of my school kept asking for advice, to apply to their specific situation. Like school owners, new teachers, coordinators even curriculum developers.
Their questions helped me polish the process even more. And after a while, I decided to turn it into a program because...
Here's what these experts have to say about it...
"Where did we ever get the crazy idea that to make children do better, first we have to make them feel worse? Think of the last time you felt humiliated or treated unfairly. Did you feel like cooperating or doing better?”
"Joy and enthusiasm are essential for learning to happen -- literally, scientifically, as a matter of fact and research. Shouldn't our teaching embrace these ingredients?"
"...those who wish for intrinsic rewards, like those that come from close and caring relationships, personal growth, and helping others, report far greater happiness, vitality, self-esteem, and even physical health. But wishing for extrinsic goals—fame, power, excessive wealth, and beauty—is associated with discontent, anxiety, and depression.”

This program was never released before. Here you have it...
Now, of course, you can try to figure this out on your own...
But why would you want to?
It will save you years of trial and error.
You can go ahead and 'wing it'.
I did. I made plenty of mistakes figuring this out but I had no choice...
You can not change the past.
But you can use this program to make a better future for you and your students.
I call it:
This is not "yet another activity" to insert into your class.
It's a philosophy.
It will turn your class around. It will change the dynamics of your day.
All you need to do is follow the steps in this program to...
... to engage young learners in your English class.-
Make your classes more fun and lively, build courage in shy students, and unit everyone so they work as a group.
This is what "The Magic of Circle Time" will do for you.
The concepts are basic on their own, but when combined together in this way, they have a magical effect.
But this time, notice that something has CHANGED...
Imagine a class where your students are working together, they are participating and speaking in English. You feel proud and confident as a teacher.
You used to feel stressed, but now you feel relaxed and in control. Your students aren't screaming or crying anymore, instead, they feel comfortable and calm.
No more breaking up fights or constantly dealing with bad behavior. Students treat others kindly and play nicely together. It's reassuring knowing that your class runs smoothly now.
They are engaged during activities. You feel like you can finally focus on teaching them English instead of exhausting yourself just trying to get their attention. Your class is easy to manage and advances quickly.
Before, you had to repeat yourself so many times that your throat would get sore. Now, they listen to you and respect the rules. The class transitions easily from one lesson to the next.
You feel listened to, valued, and appreciated. Children feel warm, welcomed ... at home... like a family.
How proud would you be to know that this is your class? Knowing that when your job is done... they will take what you taught them and it will be an important part of their lives?
How excited would you be to do it all over again with the next class? ...and the one after that? How optimistic would you become? How motivated? How happier will you be as a teacher?
The entire program is delivered online and can be completed from the comfort of your home or on the go. You'll have lifetime access to it so you can go back and review as often as you'd like.
For the next 100 teachers that take action, I will also include these BONUSES!
I've traveled the world looking for answers. I have paid up to U$2000 for courses and training programs. I kept going until I found the answer.
I spent countless hours researching and pulling all the essential information together.
I could offer this program to the big names of the teaching industry. And they would be happy to pay any price for it. I could turn it into book too.
But I want to make this program available to as many teachers as I can. So instead of making it available for U$47, like my most successful program, you can get it for U$7.
The bonuses alone are worth more than that.
But these bonuses will ONLY be available for the next 100 teachers that take advantage of this special offer.
